Marquette University Eckstein Law Library, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeks a Part Time Law Librarian, Reference.  Under the general direction of the Associate Law Librarian, the employee in this position participates in the weekly reference schedule, providing reference and specialized research services to various types of law library patrons, and participates in additional law library reference or other activities as needed. The position staffs evening and/or weekend hours totaling approximately 8 to 16 hours per week during the regular academic session. 

The position requires a Master’s in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program combined with knowledge of legal bibliography and legal research techniques in multiple formats.  Current enrollment in an ALA-accredited Master’s in Library Science program is sufficient if the candidate possesses a Juris Doctorate.
