Rates will be available 2 days prior and 2 days after the event, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

Cut-off Date: The cut-off date for reserving rooms in at the rate listed above is 5pm CST on September 6, 2016. After the cut-off date, it is at the Hotel's discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of $50 will apply is an attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

From East Via Interstate 44 West

  • Take Exit 127 for 235 South towards Oklahoma City/Downtown.
  • Take Exit 1F North 6th Street/Walnut Avenue/Downtown.
  • The hotel is four blocks south on the right.

From South Via Interstate 35 North

  • Follow 235 towards Oklahoma Health Center/ State Capitol/ Edmond.
  • Take Exit 1C, Sheridan Avenue/Downtown.
  • Turn right on Mickey Mantle Drive.
  • Hotel is two blocks north on the left.

From North Via Interstate 35 South

  • Proceed towards Interstate 40 West (Amarillo).
  • Take Exit 126 North 235/77 towards Oklahoma Health Center/State Capitol/Edmond.
  • Take Exit 1C Sheridan Avenue/Downtown.
  • Turn right on Mickey Mantle Drive.
  • The hotel is two blocks north on the left.

From East Via Interstate 40 West

  • Take Exit 126  North 235/77 towards Oklahoma Health Center/State Capitol/Edmond.

From North Via 235 South
