Conference Maps and Directions

Conference programs and events will be at the conference hotel on Thursday and Friday. The Opening Reception and keynote speaker will be Thursday night at the State Capitol. Saturday morning programs will be held at the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Opening Reception (directions to/from the State Capitol):

The Opening Reception will be at the State Capitol Thursday evening. The Keynote Speaker, Lawrence Dwyer, will begin at 4:30 pm. The Keynote speech will be in the Warner Chamber on the 2nd floor, followed by a reception in the Nebraska State Library, located on the 3rd floor.

The State Capitol is about a mile from the hotel. Walking Directions from the hotel to the State Capitol (https://maps.app.goo.gl/v1rD8hpXtyQR3LRs5). Shuttles will run between the hotel and the Capitol beginning at around 4:00 pm. There will also be return shuttles after the Reception in the State Library.

Coming from the Graduate Hotel, the North entrance to the building is the most conveniently located. It is located under the stairs in the horseshoe drive off K Street. **Please note, if you arrive after 5 pm, you will have to use the South entrance on H Street and use the buzzer to have Security let you in. This entrance requires stairs.

Enter the Capitol using the North entrance to the building, located under the stairs in the horseshoe drive off K Street.

Make your way to the center of the building, where you will find stairs and an elevator in each of the alcoves surrounding the central information desk.







Within the elevator alcove, the elevator entrance is to the left when facing a hall and the stairs are to the right of the hall with a bench to the far right

The library is on the south side of the 3rd floor – up the stairs or the elevators just outside the Chamber.








Saturday morning at Nebraska College of Law (directions to/from the College of Law, parking, building maps):

Saturday morning programs will be at the College of Law. The first program begins at 8:30 am. A light continental breakfast will be available at 8:00 am.

Driving directions from the hotel to the Law School: (https://maps.app.goo.gl/jEjaqjto6xfNKewU8). There will also be a shuttle to/from the hotel to the College of Law.

Parking at the College of Law:

If you drive to the College on Saturday morning, you can park for free in the lot South of the law school (see map). If you park in this lot, you will need to sign in at the circulation desk in the law library.

Law School Maps:

Program sessions and the continental breakfast will be held in the basement of the law school. From the building entrance, make your way to the library, and take either the stairs or elevator down. The programs will be held in rooms 52 and 53.
