Cancellations and Refunds

If you register and find you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund if you notify Sarah Kammer at Sarah.Kammer@usd.edu or 605-658-3522 before September 11. If you cancel between September 12 and October 4, half of your registration fees will be refunded. No refund will be issued after October 5. Approved refunds will be made only after the Annual Meeting. Instead of canceling, you may choose to send an alternate. If the alternate is not a MAALL or MALLCO member, he/she must pay any difference in rate.
