The Chicago-Kent College of Law Library is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and service-oriented law librarian to join our Research and Instruction team as the Student Services Librarian. The Student Services Librarian collaborates with other law librarians to develop, expand, and provide library services, including reference and research services for students and faculty, in-class instruction, and research tools such as research guides. This position will promote and familiarize students with resources and technologies relevant to modern-day legal practice. The Student Services Librarian also serves as the library liaison to student-focused departments in the law school to enrich the student experience. The position is a full-time position and is available immediately.

The Chicago-Kent College of Law Library is located in the West Loop near downtown Chicago, one of the largest legal markets in the country. The Law Library advances the academic and scholarly success of students and faculty by providing future-focused training and professional research assistance to a diverse community. The Law Library fosters respect for all community members and ideas; supports the learning experience with strategies, services, and space; connects community members to resources in the library, the law school, and beyond; and equips students with practice-ready, strategic skills for their careers.
